We are a team of professionals with more than 15 years of experience in accounting, taxation and financial accounting. Our company was founded in 2018 with the aim of providing our clients with a full range of financial services and business support.

Can the service be cancelled at any time?

Yes, it is possible. Our accounting cooperation can be terminated with 30 days' notice. The client also has the right to terminate the subscription to the audit and financial management service at any time.

Our company provides services remotely, on-site if needed. We usually use e-mail and telephone to communicate with our clients. Teams, Skype,Telegram, Viber, Messenger are also available and we can set up a video connection if the client wishes.

For the convenience of our clients, we transfer documents digitally via the popular services Dropbox, Google Drive or Costpocket.

Our specialists work with licensed accounting software Merit Aktiva, Merit Palk. At the client's request and if necessary, we can also work with Smart Accounts, Standart Books, Directo, 1C or any other accounting software suitable for the client.

For each client, we develop an individual offer that meets their needs. Accounting services can therefore be organised on a daily, weekly, quarterly or any other frequency requested by the client. For some companies, an annual service is sufficient to prepare the annual accounts. Financial management is usually provided 1-2 times a year, but can also be provided as a temporary or permanent service more frequently, depending on the needs of the business.
